The iPhone 13 was released in 2021 as Apple's annual release and was a huge improvement based on the previous years release. It's available in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB in storage options, and in Starlight, Midnight, Blue, Pink, Red and Green in terms of color options.

The 6.1" XDR OLED display has improved in terms of brightness, moving from 625 nits to 800 nits, which many users will appreciate as its a visible improvement to match the price tag. 

The available RAM has not improved, Apple still makes only 4GB available regardless of the storage option you choose, but the battery has improved from 2,8115mAh on the iPhone 12 to 3,240mAh on the iPhone 13 and even more on the 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max models.

With higher end devices we always recommend using a good quality iPhone cable to charge your device, ideally one that is MFI approved to avoid any issues with your battery or ability to charge down the road.
