Is the iPhone XR still worth buying in 2021?

The iPhone XR uses an LCD display in the similar edge-to-edge format as the iPhone X and was released in October 2018, one year after the iPhone X. It still supports upgrading to iOS 14.4.1 and will not be deprecated in the foreseeable future given how popular it is, and how many are still being sold to Apple consumers in Ontario with previous devices. 

Does Apple sell refurbished iPhone XR?

Refurbished iPhone XR smartphones are not available on the Canadian Apple website, and this makes third party vendors or the limited stock available on Best Buy or Amazon the seemingly best place to go.
